Tigers take Kiwis in 2nd ODI at 1:30pm



Dhaka: Bangladesh will face New Zealand in the second one day international of the three-ODI series in Mirpur of the capital today.

The match is scheduled to begin at 1:30pm at Sher-e Bangla Stadium.
Satellite channel Gazi TV will broadcast the match live.

Bangladesh are looking to continue their impressive performance as they beat the visitors by 43 runs (D/L method) in the first ODI held in the same venue on Tuesday.

Earlier, the two-match Test series between the Tigers and Black caps were drawn by 0-0.

Visiting New Zealand so far in this tour could not win a match.

The final match of the ODI series will be held at Fatullah Stadium in Narayanganj on November 3, 2013.

New Zealand will finish their tour after playing a T20 match against Bangladesh at Mirpur on November 6.

Bangladesh (likely): Tamim Iqbal, Anamul Haque, Mominul Haque, Mushfiqur Rahim (capt & wk), Naeem Islam, Nasir Hossain, Mahmudullah, Sohag Gazi, Abdur Razzak, Mashrafe Mortaza and Rubel Hossain.
